No need to fill out any forms!! If you have fully comprehensive insurance, simply produce your certificate of insurance at the time of repair or replacement, and the cost will be billed directly to your insurance company less any excess* on your policy. ( Limits may apply. )**
**If your insurer imposes a windscreen excess or limit, the excess*, or amount which exceeds the limit**, must be paid at the time of repair or replacement.
Customers who are VAT registered will have to pay the VAT at the time of repair or replacement.
If your insurance company does not cover windscreen damage you will still receive a substantial discount off the standard stock item at the time of replacement, although you will be required to pay the invoice at the time of replacement.
